“It was a pleasure to have Brian on the Active Directory Migration project to divest the Otis and Carrier business units from UTC/RTX this past few year. He was an instrumental part of the team that established an independent Service Desk to manage and resolve over 20,000 incidents that were opened as we executed a record breaking migration of over 104,000 users / devices, and 4,500 servers in less than 14 months under the extraordinarily difficult circumstances of a global pandemic. In particular, Brian’s technical knowledge of Active Directory and his process management skills that helped us craft reports and dashboards that allowed us to identify trends in our migration issues coupled with his professional leadership in troubleshooting and resolving the underlying root causes was instrumental to our success. I would recommend Brian to any team in need of a service management minded engineer or project/process manager. I certainly hope to work with him again in the future.”
